Our riding has recovered from the pandemic and is on track to thrive for years to come. Thunder Bay is the #1 city in Canada for housing affordability, inflation is down to 1.6%, unemployment is down to 4.4%, and we’re creating more good paying jobs right across our riding. Here are some of the key numbers:

Average income is up from $50,000 in 2019 to nearly $58,000 today.

Full-time employment is up to nearly 85%.

Unemployment is down to 4.4%.

Inflation in back under control, down to 1.6% in September.
