Find out if you qualify for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) here.

The CDCP is now open to all Canadians who: do not currently have dental insurance, have a family net income of less than $90,000, are a Canadian resident, and have filed taxes in the previous year.

• The CDCP is available to all providers via billing through Sun Life, just like any other insurance plan

• A list of participating dentists can be found through Sun Life

• If you have general questions about the CDCP, you can submit an eServiceCanada request form to have a Service Canada representative call you back within 2 business days

• If you are currently covered under the CDCP, you will need to renew your coverage each year to confirm that you continue to meet all eligibility requirements.
